<p>You have 45 days after receiving your order to request a return.</p>
<p>If you are not completely satisfied with your GLISSIA™ Razor, simply contact our customer support team to initiate a return.</p>

<h3>Return Conditions</h3>
<p>To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories. Proof of purchase may be required.</p>
<p>Returns sent without first contacting our support team may not be accepted.</p>
<h3>Free Gift Policy</h3>
<p>If your order included a free promotional gift, the gift must also be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition in order to receive a full refund.</p>
<h3>Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items</h3>
<p>Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.</p>
<h3>Non-Returnable Items</h3>
<p>For hygiene reasons, opened or used lotions, creams, cosmetic products, and other personal care items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or required by applicable law.</p>
<h3>European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal</h3>
<p>If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.</p>

<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.</p>
<p>If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.</p>
